FlowVella provides many different presentation templates for you to choose from, but did you know you can also create your own “templates” for later use? This is perfect for those of you who may use FlowVella in a business capacity to keep branding consistent and to save time. It’s simple if you’ve already created the Flow, just follow the steps below.
How to Create Your Own Presentation Template
1. Create a new Flow, customize it to your liking, then post it. If you’ve already done this, skip to step 2.
2. On the home screen in the iPad app, tap and hold the Flow.
3. When the on screen alert pops up, select “Duplicate.”
4. You’ve now created a duplicate of the original. You can modify the copy however you wish and it will not affect the original.
When you’re done modifying, make sure you update the title so as to not be confused between the two, then post your new Flow.
If you’d like others to be able to do the same thing, for instance co-workers, students, or family members, be sure to check box next to “Allow Duplicate and Edit” when posting. If you missed this step during posting, you can always go back and select the box, then repost your Flow.
